My experience with the camera started off a little rocky, I was having connection issues and wasn’t sure if it was going to work for us. Eventually what worked for us was setting it up right next to the router and also making sure we had a functioning satellite router near the nursery.
After we finally got it working the camera itself is phenomenal! The image and sound is very clear, works perfectly and alerts me as soon as my baby cries. The lullaby and white noise options built right into the app are awesome and I incorporated a lullaby into my baby’s bedtime routine to help signal it’s time for her to sleep. The AI feature that checks her breathing has provided a lot of comfort and relief when she rolls on her tummy and has her face down. My husband I might have been concerned and wanted to check on her a few times at the risk of waking her up when she was probably fine but by using the AI feature to confirm her breathing has brought a nice peace of mind.
We love having the monitor right on our phones and have not had any issues with connectivity after following the instructions about having the device close enough to a router or satellite. The features are fantastic and I love that there isn’t a subscription fee to pay in the future. Overall I would strongly recommend this camera to anyone that is considering it!! And if you are having connectivity issues - advise you to make sure your router/satellite is close enough to the nursery which is all laid out in the instructions.

The electronic nanny camera I purchased has been a constant disappointment. Despite its high price tag, it consistently fails to function properly, often experiencing connection issues. Every time I reach out to customer support for assistance, their only solution is to power cycle the camera, which never resolves the issue. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, the problem persists. It's incredibly frustrating to invest in a supposedly top-of-the-line product that continually fails to meet expectations. I would not recommend this product to others

The video quality is amazing BUT the biggest frustration is the connection problems. I spend most of my time resetting the Monitor, refreshing the app and reaching out to customer service who have been quick to respond and help but I just don’t see this issue will be able to be fixed even after their software updates. Don’t waste your time purchasing this monitor.

When it works, it’s great. However, it’s constantly freezing, constantly reconnecting, and the AI rarely picks up my daughter’s RPM whether she’s swaddled or not. It actually pops up more when she’s NOT in the bassinet? I’ve reached out to customer service and they’ve been great but the issues still remain even with the adjustments they’ve suggested. The microphone and sounds work fine but that’s not what I purchased the monitor for

We have a competitor’s monitor that we were given when our infant was born and used for several months, but that company decided to start charging for their app. So we ordered the Aura. It was worth it! The camera quality is exceptional and we can see much more detail than with the competitors. The app notifications have also been much more reliable and useful. We love that you can move the camera to pan the room and that the sound machine is built in. The customer support has been exceptional. Keep in mind this is a new product so some features are still in development including a stand by feature (we use a remote controlled outlet instead) and auto logging of sleep. We also got the floor stand which doesn’t stay together when moving, and is a tad short for when the mattress is on the high setting in the crib. But it looks nice and works once it is set up. Even with the drawbacks this is a five star product that has given us increased peace of mind.

The aura monitor took a little over a month to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The picture quality is unbeatable. The app is user friendly. I recommend using an iPad as your monitor screen for those parents who like to keep a close eye on their kids. I can see this camera being helpful well past the infant stage and into toddler years. I can’t say the quality of the AI for anyone looking for exact science on the RPM, but it does comfort me that I can see my baby is breathing even if the RPM do not always appear accurate (could be user error) but my app stops the AI every morning at the same time and I have to reclick the AI button.

Very easy to set up. The app runs very smoothly. The camera is excellent quality, as is the sound both directions. The music and white noise makers to keep baby calm are superb, as well.
The app measures the baby's breathing rate when they are not actively moving, giving comfort that a quiet sleeping baby is healthy and happy.
I tend to buy new tech and often get disappointed when the MVP (minimally viable product) is shipped out with future upgrades promised to make it as advertised (sometimes they never come). But this is the complete package as promised, and we love it.
The only disappointment (very minor) is that we got a preorder discount only to find the product is continuing to be discounted to the same amount. Well, maybe we didn't get a special price, but we absolutely did get our money's worth.
The success of this product might transform this company...what is the follow-on tech?

5 Star experience! Love the picture quality! unbelievably clear picture that I would expect from a professional home security camera and not from a baby monitor! Has a great notification system that lets you know when your baby is asleep or awake, but also when they are waking up! This great feature gives you a little time to finish up what you are doing instead of having to abruptly stop. I have nothing but great things to say about Nanobebe! I really wanted to love this monitor especially since our last monitor suddenly went to a subscription plan. The video quality is amazing and so is the sound quality BUT the connection problems are an issue for me. I've reached out to customer service and they've been amazing but I just not sure if this issue will be able to be fixed.

We absolutely love Aura. Aura is so simple to use, the features are every thing a parent needs.
Breath monitoring gives such great peace of mind without adding any attachments to baby, alerting you when baby falls asleep and wakes up. Monitor includes two way talk/sound monitoring. You can also navigate away from app or lock your phone and have the sound monitoring continue. The camera remote panning is great, especially once your baby learns to climb out of their crib, you’ll be able to find them without disturbing them. You can also check on baby when not at home. Security is fantastic, very tight restrictions, requires invite from owner with firmware and you can lock it so only users who are using the same network as camera can access it.
Sound machine is great, we love the time out feature so we don’t have to remember to turn it off. The other app features to keep track of daily routines is also great. They literally thought of everything for this monitor/app, feedings, diaper changes, sleep and weight tracker. Perfect for new parents, one stop shop, I am recommending this camera to all my friends/family with littles.
If you’re not sold yet, the customer care is top notch, rapid 24/7 support, friendly employees that go above and beyond to make sure your problem is solved.

It has been amazing. From install to set up... we are blown away by this monitor. We were gifted a "competition" monitor and the quality of this one makes the other (more expensive monitor) look like horrible low resolution quality. Not having to attach any wearable device or "tracking" clothing is so convenient and you don't have to worry about anything harming your child.

Absolutely wonderful! The monitor truly helps us know that our baby is sleeping peacefully and is healthy. The hi-definition of the camera is truly out of this world. The nursery room is very dark, however with a small LED light and fantastic camera, the video on the monitor is crystal clear. The options through the app are very helpful and easy to use. The product is amazing. I have used other monitors and I love how you are able to roll so many items efficiently into 1. The base is sturdy and solid which is a great option if you dont want to wall mount it. The use of AI for breathing recognition without using bands or swaddled is great. I like how I can play songs or white noise through it as my child sleeps well with white noise. Its easy to register an account and gain access.

I thought the camera was amazing! So high tech with so many features! The amount of features this camera provides is top notch. I also love that it has its own personalized app that can connect the camera to your phone. You always have access to it. I was able to monitor my child while away at work, and the child was home with my husband. it's extremely handy. Definitely not like any other baby monitor I have used. This camera is so intricate that could actually sense whether the baby is breathing or not and I don't know if any other baby monitors that can do that especially ones that are not attached to the baby. I would highly recommend this product to any parent.

The quality of this monitor is extraordinary. I've been able to monitor exactly what my daughter is doing with the large screen on my phone. The sound portion is amazing and has improved my daughters sleep tremendously. The Aura Smart Baby Monitor has been a wonderful device. Last night, my wife and I were looking at the app and couldn't believe how accurate the RPM measurement was. Our lo had scooched herself all the way to the corner of the crib, and was barely visible. Our initial reaction was to go move her so the monitor could still see her. However, after watching the live feed from the app, which is crystal clear, we noticed that the monitoring never stopped. It is such a pleasant experience not having to connect monitors and wearable devices every night to our lo. It is as simple as opening the app and pressing ai Start. We have much more peace of mind, and that is ultimately what we were looking for in a device like this. The added sound features, and tracking features are a bonus! We can't say enough good things about the Aura.

I wish I knew about this monitor when my baby was a newborn. He's now 13 months old, but I'm still happy I am able to use it. I love its features. You can monitor your baby's heart rate and breathing, you can track feedings, diaper changes, weight, sleep. It even has many songs incorporated in it. We love the light drizzle and we are sure our son has been sleeping better ever since that plays in the background. I can't emphasize enough how amazing Aura monitor is. And the app is super easy to use too! If you want peace of mind and high quality then Aura us the baby monitor for you.
