Senior Database Marketing Analyst

Tasks:

  • Organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data in terms of performance, identifying areas of inefficiency (high CPC, low ROI, low conversion rate, etc.), noticing trends, and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Responsible for list creation, delivering critical campaign data files, in various formats, as requested by the marketing and leadership team
  • Evaluate the efficiency of campaigns and perform sales analysis by SKU and retailer
  • Pre and post-campaign analysis to assist with key strategic and tactical initiatives. Ability to master data collection and evaluation, and campaign creation using campaign management tools.
  • Sales forecasting and support data for warehouse/inventory (look for trends within and across retailers, and help the digital team identify any shifting trends or opportunities in terms of online sales (e.g. changes in product sales, retailer, etc.).
  • Build analysis and a high-level summary of findings in clear and concise terms. Areas of focus are campaign management, lead evaluation, campaign logic, and customer analysis to lower cost per sale, increase transactions per lead and increase revenue per transaction.
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Translate analyses into high-level, executive personations with emphasis on delivery of meaningful information and comparisons providing insight into drivers of decisions.

Skills/Experience that would be super handy:

  • Strong Excel skills are a MUST, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Ability to take raw data, organize it into a useful format, draw conclusions from it, and then interpret it for others so action steps and strategies can be created accordingly.
  • Google Analytics
  • Google data studio (not required but nice to have)
  • Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads (or comparable PPC platforms)
  • Knowledge of Tableau a plus
  • Experience with retail sales, e-commerce, and/or digital ads (specifically PPC)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of proven knowledge of relational database technology
  • Strong data mining skills and the ability to apply intuition to results
  • Disciplined, analytical but creative thinker and problem solver

 

Amazon Specialist - North America

Brand’s account management at Amazon.com via Seller Central (3P).

Complete oversight and daily management of the Amazon accounts, their long-term objectives, and ongoing strategic planning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing product line management, inventory stock levels and performance.
  • Executing SEO-based online content.
  • Working alongside the marketing team to create successful campaigns.
  • Inventory analysis and forecasting.
  • Cross-team collaboration (marketing, sales, design, IT, supply chain, customer service, and finance) to optimize the brand’s Amazon's growth and profitability.
  • Manage new product launches within the platform.
  • Competitors tracking and analysis.
  • P&L breakdown and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Amazon FBA account management experience is a must.
  • Experience in merchandising, account management, and marketing preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform and technical problem-solving experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task, be able to leverage data to inform and make recommendations, and work well in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.

Bookkeeper

Work at a fast-growing baby care brand that’s been featured on Business Insider, the Ellen Show, CNN, and the cover of TIME magazine. Nanobébé products are sold at retailers globally and Nationwide, including Target, Amazon, Walmart, Buybuy Baby/Bed Bath & Beyond, and Meijer.

Seeking a full-time Bookkeeper who will report directly to the Senior Bookkeeper and the CFO. The applicant will have a minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience within the consumer products goods retail industry or at an established company. This is an in-office position located in Ramat-Gan, Israel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with teams in various areas to accurately collect and enter monthly sales information
  • Calculate commission reports monthly
  • Ensure all payments, invoices and supporting documentation is archived electronically
  • Maintain ongoing sales tax filings for all states as needed, monthly, quarterly, annually
  • Collect receipts for entry from departments/subsidiaries as needed
  • Track spending
  • Maintain sub-contractor documentations
  • Enter orders for independent customers foreign and domestic
  • Prepare monthly A/P closing and reconcile A/P sub-ledgers
  • Assist with all accounting related functions
  • Produce other various miscellaneous reports, duties and special projects as needed
  • Support the various departments within the company as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Skilled with Quickbooks and Priority software for daily invoice processing
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to successfully handle bank and shipping reconciliations as well as handling AP/AR
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast pace environment
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software
  • Must work well independently and as a team player
